I get the message bad email or password

1. Please reset your password https://thestreamingsolutions.com/clientarea.php

 

2. If you are still unable to log on with a new password please reset the device.

3. After resetting the device, make sure that your typing in the correct m3u link format for your device.  Each device/app has a different format.

 

4. Visit https://thestreamingsolutions.com/knowledgebase and select your device for step by step guides to double check your typing in the correct information for your device

 

5. If the problem persists, open up a support ticket or email us at https://thestreamingsolutions.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=1

 

6.Important: Please send us a screenshot of the full m3u link you typed.  Be sure to let us know what Device (LGTV, firestick, ipad, android box, etc) and apps you are using in order for us to help you as quickly as possible.
